Moroccan Breakfast of Rose Water Strawberry, CousCous, Milk, Fruits and Nuts


Have you ever eaten couscous for breakfast? 
Well this dish will surely make your mornings extra tasty and special.
It has become my absolute favourite!


Ingredients:
100g couscous 
200g mix dried fruit and nuts
250g strawberry (cut in half, remove the stem)
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp rose water
250ml fresh milk 

Method:
* Pour enough boiling water to cover couscous. Mix it with a fork to avoid them sticking on to each other. Let it cool.

* In a shallow pan, mix the strawberries, sugar and rose water over low-medium heat. Keep stirring until sugar has melted and strawberries softened.  
* Spoon over some couscous in a bowl. Add the strawberry and a bit of the syrup, fruit and nuts and some milk.
