What a pleasant surprise to find this gem tucked in Bondi Junction's food court.
Authentic Thai street food joint in Bondi. Ohhh what a delight!
This immediately brought back wonderful memories of our trips to Thailand many years ago.
So we all went in for dessert because we had just finished eating a beautiful lunch at Bo Larn.

We tried the classic Thai dessert called Tab Tim Krob which is an all time favourite of mine.
The flavours are spot on and each bite reminded me so much of Thailand. Now I'm feeling nostalgic.
This colourful and exotic dessert is typically made of coconut milk, water chestnuts, jackfruit and tapioca,
but today we added a medley of sweet potatoes, green flour noodles and prunes to make it a bit special.

Thai miniature food cart.
Happy former prime ministers of Thailand giving the thumbs up. "Aroi mak"!
