Ho Hung Kee 何洪記, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

Here's another Michelin-starred cheap eats in Hong Kong. They sure have heaps of them!
Hong Kong and Macau with as many as 75 Michelin-starred restaurants
(Tokyo currently holds the most at 267) may not have the most stars but you can surely have the Michelin experience without breaking the bank.
Michelin star is all about service, food and ambiance. It's a hallmark of excellence,
a quest for perfection and a result of a long hard grueling job.
The acquisition or loss of a star can make or break a chef. The pressure to maintain the status
can be stressful and some chefs find it hard to cope.

Ho Hung Kee  currently holds a one Michelin star but it was not something that really wowed me.
Although if there was one dish that really got me hooked, it had to be the Fish Carp Slices in Ginger and Spring Onions. That was astonishingly good!
