Pineapple Colada

This is one of the most popular drinks in Hawaii.

Ingredients:

• 1 small ripe fresh pineapple, chopped
• 60ml rum
• 180ml coconut cream
• 1 lime, rind grated and juiced
• 2 cups crushed ice

Preparation:

Pour all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend briefly at high speed. Strain into a glass and serve.
