Choi Garden, Greenhills, Philippines

Currently one of the finest Chinese Restaurants in Metro Manila. It's one of those places that you'd want to go back to again and again.

Chilli sauce, which I love!

Scallop wrapped in wonton wrapper

I've forgotten what fish this was but it was brought back by the Head Chef himself from Hong Kong who apparently is a very good friend of our host. This dish was not listed on the menu and was specially cooked for us, as I was told. Nothing beats the crispy crunch and the delicate flavor of this lovely fish.

Shark's Fin Soup

This is an all time favourite Chinese traditional dessert.  It sure tasted different and heaps better than the ones that I've tried before. It was a heavenly dessert soup, so incredibly good!

Look at these five little piggies, they're actually Salted Egg Buns (duck's egg yolk). They're a real keeper!

The filling is basically made of milk, butter, sugar and salted duck egg yolk. Hmmmm.... simply irresistable!
