The other day, I just couldn't past the local vegetable shop
without having some of these delicious sweet smelling rockmelons.
My dad used to make rockmelon juice when I was a kid.
He would scrape out all the flesh, put them in a jar and simply add cold water and honey.
Not only is it easy to make but tasted refreshingly good as well.
My version now is this breakfast smoothie
that is both refreshing and filling and will also keep you satisfied till lunch.

Ingredients
1 cup milk
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 rockmelon, cubed
1 banana, sliced
Method
Add the milk and ice cream in the blender first and then the fruits.
Blend the ingredients in the highest level setting until juice is well blended.
Pour into individual glasses and serve with ice cubes.
