Thai Rolled Ice Cream and Disney's Aladdin The Musical at Capitol Theatre, Sydney

Originally sold in the streets of Thailand, these ice cream rolls are now taking the world by storm.
You're totally missing out if you haven't tried them yet.
First, you choose what ice cream flavour you want and then 2 ingredients to mix in.
I was in the mood for mango so I chose this plus lychees and pistachios as mixers.

This is how they do it. The ice cream vendor starts by pouring a creamy mixture over the lychees and pistachios on a chilled metal plate. Working quickly, he uses the scrapers to mash the mixture.

As it begins to freeze he spreads it over the surface.

He then slides and pushes the scraper forward creating rolls of ice cream. Just like that your ice cream is ready.

It's dense, creamy and absolutely yummy!

Disney's Aladdin The Musical needs no further introduction. I was ready
to be magically swept away by a flying carpet to a whole new world.
How they manage to get that flying carpet to fly I'll never know.
What I know is that the magic carpet ride part with "A Whole New World" was exceptional!
The wonderfully executed visual effects were everywhere. The eye-popping costumes feature over two million Swarovski crystals. It was an outstanding performance from the whole cast. This musical will leave you utterly amazed at any age.
