Pad Thai is one of Thailand's
national dishes and it has since become the country's most popular dish. It comes in many versions but the legendary Pad Thai noodles I've recently tried in Thip Samai is
certainly one of the best in Bangkok. It is hard to get a table
especially during peak hours as the queue can get pretty long. We came
early and the place was starting to get packed. We paid a bit more to be
seated in the air-conditioned area, I suggest you opt for this because
Bangkok can be unbearably hot.
We went for the Pad Thai that was wrapped in an egg parcel with giant prawns. It was fantastic and worth every baht. The flavours were amazing and every mouthful was worth the savouring.
