Gunther's Modern French Cuisine, Singapore

Despite being a small country, Singapore has unlimited choices of where to eat. From street food to fine dining, you will be overwhelmed by the sheer amount of succulent dining options.

The vibrant colours of colonial houses jump out.

Jamon
Gunther's is one of Singapore's most highly respected restaurants. My family and I love to eat particularly fine dining restaurants of this standard around the world.
Our overall experience at Gunther's was fantastic.
It's got a lovely romantic ambience, food was wonderful and service was friendly. My 8 year old son was very impressed he couldn't stop talking about it.

The fresh specials brought to us on tray were Alaskan King Crab, Maine Lobster, Norwegian Scallop and Sea Cucumber

Bamboo Clam Mariniere-Style

Glazed Ravioli Foie Gras

Carpaccio of Scallop, Olive Oil and Seasonal Garnish Topped with Truffles

Gunther's Creation, Pasta with Tiger Prawns

Grilled Striploin, Bearnaise Sauce

Raspberry Panacotta

Petits Fours- Canele-Mignardise
The canele was crunchy on the outside yet soft on the inside. It was lovely.

The legendary Raffles Hotel is one of the few remaining Grand Hotels in Asia. The hotel has a nice old colonial charm and style to it and everything feels British India. I absolutely love it!
