Biota Dining (Bowral, NSW)

Biota Dining is a true gem tucked away in this magical little town of Bowral in the Southern Highlands.
They grow their own vegetables and herbs and farm their own eggs and meat.
At Biota Dining it
is about enjoying food fresh from the garden
and serving quality dishes that is sure to delight the palate.

It was such a delight to watch the chefs weave their magic through dishes.
The complexity of each dish was remarkable.
However, I must say it took nearly thirty minutes for each dish to come out. Service can be slow.
Nevertheless, we did enjoy a fantastic meal with a nice relaxed atmosphere in this Scandinavian inspired setting.
