Chocolate Baklava

Is it Turkish, Greek or Lebanese?
Well... I only care about eating them!
Oh boy, baklava is so yummy, absolutely divine and addicting.
So finger-licking good!

Baklava:
250g walnuts, almonds or pecans or a combination, toasted and chopped
150g honey
150g  dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
15 phyllo pastry sheets, also called filo
1/2 cup butter, melted

Syrup:
1/4 cup honey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cinnamon stick
Zest from 1/2 an orange
Method

* Preheat oven to 200C.
* Place nuts, honey, chocolate and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir to combine. Set aside.
* Unroll and lay 1 sheet of filo pastry. Lightly brush it with butter. Lay another sheet of filo on top and butter again. Repeat one more time.
* Spread 1/5 of the nut mixture over one edge of the pastry. Fold in the sides to cover the filling and roll up tightly. Place filo seam side down on a lined baking tray. Brush filo with melted butter.
* Bake for 25 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
* In a saucepan, combine honey, lemon juice, cinnamon stick and orange zest. Bring to boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Set aside  to cool.
* Using a sharp knife, cut baklava to about 2 inches long.
* Drizzle syrup on baklava and serve.
