Miss Chu, Bondi Beach

I fell in love with the amazing flavours of Vietnamese food
when I first visited Vietnam ten years ago.

It's healthy, fresh and flavourful with a mix of sweet and sour tastes.

The meal we had at Miss Chu was good but I thought it was lacking that wow factor.
Maybe I should not have expected too much (from all the hype).
What I really love though was the Seafood Bánh Xèo. You should give it a try.

Banh Mi
Traditional Vietnamese Baguette

Peking Duck Pancakes
and
Traditional Pork Hanoi Deep Fried Spring Rolls

Caramelised Free-range Pork Belly Stew
served with Asian Greens and Aromatic Rice

Traditional Beef Pho

Seafood Bánh Xèo
Traditional Vietnamese Pancakes have always been a favourite of my family.
Try it, you won't regret it.

Miss Chu's electric bikes deliver within 3.5km from their tuckshops.
