Pumpkin-Head Pizzas

Quick and easy dinner for the little ghouls and monsters before they hit the streets 
for Trick or Treat.

6 tortilla wraps
1 cup tomato passata
2 cups grated mozzarella
200g sliced salami or ham
extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing

* Pre-heat oven to 200C. Using a knife, cut the tortillas into a pumpkin shape.

* Place 3 pumpkin-shaped tortillas on baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread base with tomato passata. Top with cheese and salami.
* With the remaining tortillas, cut out eyes, nose and mouth. Brush pumpkin-faced tortillas with olive oil. Lay on top of the pizzas.
* Bake for 10-12 minutes or until pizzas are crisp and golden.
