Hong Kong - DimDimSum Dim Sum Specialty Store, Wan Chai

We chanced upon this restaurant because it was located on the same street as our hotel.
We also found out that it was named
one of the top 101 places to eat by Newsweek Foodie Awards 2012.
Time Out Hong Kong also named it best dim sum in 2011
and was also mentioned  in the book, Where Chefs Eat.

Oh boy, am I glad we decided to dine here.
Not only do they offer fantastic and delicious dim sum, prices are reasonable too.
I fell in love with the Mushroom Buns which are truly delicious and the skin so soft and fluffy.
Another highly recommended dish is the Deep Fried Dumplings with Wasabi Filling.
Wasabi as filling is something I haven't tried with dumplings before,
 they actually tasted amazing together.
Do not forget to try the Satay Flavoured Wagyu Spring Rolls too.
They are awesome!
