Quay Restaurant, Sydney


Perfect company, lovely ambience, superb food and excellent harbour views.
It was J's birthday and there was no better way to celebrate a special day than this.


The tasting menu was the way to go and J had his with wine pairing.
The food was exceptional.
It certainly was a wonderful and memorable dining experience we had
at
Australia's most awarded restaurant, Quay.

Chef Peter Gilmore's signature dessert 'Snow Egg'.
The dessert from 2010 Masterchef Australia's grand final.


Crack through the sweet tuile to magically reveal this soft meringue filled jackfruit ice cream. 
So delicious! Tastes heavenly.
