Bacon-Wrapped Baked Eggs

A cool way to serve bacon and eggs!


Preheat oven to 200C and butter the insides of the ramekins. Line the inside of each ramekins with a rasher of bacon and place in the oven for 5 minutes.


Remove from oven and crack an egg into each ramekin. Season with salt and pepper. Return to the oven for another 7-8 minutes or until egg whites are set.


Et voila, breakfast in a flash!


Gone in seconds.
