What to do with stale Lebanese Bread?

Cut them into triangular pieces. Brush some olive oil on it and sprinkle Zaatar (available at Middle Eastern Shops). Toast them in the oven for few minutes. If you want them more crispy toast them a bit longer but I love mine crispy on the sides and a bit soft in the middle. Great Accompaniment to Cheeses, Dips and Tagine Dishes.

it tastes a bit tangy and nutty. the mixture is made up of dried thyme (and probably some other herbs), sesame seeds and sumac.
