Indian Chopsticks, Harris Park

I love trying new things and this cuisine really made me very curious.
So what is Indian-Chinese cuisine and how does it taste like?
The Chinese, mostly
Hakka (客家),  in Calcutta developed this cuisine adapting Indian spices, Chinese seasonings and cooking styles to suit Indian tastes.
Spicier than authentic Chinese food but not as strong as Indian food.
The taste resembles and reminds me of Uyghur cuisine

  1. There is a Chinese Indian place in West Ryde near where I used to live - I was always intrigued by it.

  2. The Chinese restaurant concept continues to evolve. Ancient Chinese foods symbolized ancestor and deity offerings, but trendy Chinese cafes continue to stray from native food ingredients.
