Sedap Malaysian Kopitiam, Sydney CBD

"Sedap" means yummy in Malay and the dishes they serve were certainly delicious.
"Kopitiam" in the other hand means coffee shop in Hokkien (a Chinese dialect).
Kopitiam serves mainly Malaysian Chinese dishes and are found almost everywhere in Southeast Asia
particularly in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Having been to several kopitiams in Malaysia and Singapore, Sedap definitely made me feel nostalgic.
I need not think twice about eating here because I know
kopitiam food would surely make my hungry tummy very happy.

Kopi 'O' Cold and Soya Bean Milk

 Penang Assam Laksa

Penang Char Kuey Teow

Coffee Spare Ribs

Sambal Fried Fish

Mee Goreng

 Cereal Prawns without Shell
I would have loved the ones that come with shells
(you get to eat the whole thing) but they ran out of it.
This is a must try!
