Oscillate Wildy, Newtown

It's so easy to see why Oscillate Wildly has been successful over the years
because the food is great!
We came here to celebrate my birthday dinner and had a very pleasant evening.
The restaurant is quite small with the restroom out the back
but that didn't bother me as the 8 course degustation was nothing but sensational.
Every single dish was memorable,
every bite was an explosion of delicious flavours in my mouth.
We'll surely be back to dine.

~ My Little Foodie Blogs ~ Marque Restaurant (Revisited), Surry Hills

When I first entered the magnificent, hatted restaurant called Marque, I was immediately enchanted by its black and white interior. From that moment on, I knew I was going to have a wonderful dining experience with my mum.

I sat down and glanced at the menu. It took me a while to decide what I wanted because all the dishes seemed delicious and appealing.

The dishes came and as expected, they were outstanding in presentation and in flavour

and it just flowed through my mouth like a river. It had me wanting for more!

I truly enjoyed my lunch at Marque and it was indeed a memorable one.  - N.

Yummy! But I prefer Aria's Truffled Mashed Potato more. Shhhh...

I think this is my favourite.

Poached Pear with Jasmine, Macadamia and Salted Caramel
I'm not a huge fan of pears but I still get to finish my dessert because it was really good.

Sauternes Custard

Sepia, Sydney

Sepia is the best restaurant I've had the pleasure to eat in. It's one of the top restaurants in Australia and it boasts 3 Chef's Hats (from the Sydney Morning Herald). Sepia fuses French and Japanese techniques and influences.  Every dish was exceptional with the taste, texture as well as the memory of it lingering long after you've taken your last bite.  The dishes were elegantly presented making each truly a work of art.
Do visit Sepia and make reservations months ahead. It's absolutely fantastic.
The wait was worth it.

Tetsuya's, Sydney

We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at Tetsuya's. Having booked many months in advance this was certainly the meal I've been most looking forward to. Food was divine, service was impeccable and still remains to be one of the pinnacle of dining experiences in Sydney. The dinner went for four hours but it was worthwhile and truly an amazing culinary experience. Time flies when you're having fun. =)

Tetsuya's is one of Australia's most awarded restaurants and is consistently ranked in The Top Restaurants in the World.
